Manboou

Manboou, whose real name is Audrey Fasquel, was born in Calais. She is a graduate from the Academy of Fine Arts in Tournai. In 1999 she created the fanzine Freestyle, which she drew completely on her own. After winning a prize with her fanzine, she got in touch with Delcourt publishers. In 2005, she made her album debut at this publisher with 'Fred et Sophie', a comic with two characters she had already created for her fanzine.
