Lukas

For years, Luk Moerman (under the name Lukas) made illustrations, cartoons and poster-designs for all sorts of progressive magazines. Eddy Ryssack helped him into the Flemish comics scene. Lukas started to work for the journal De Morgen, where he made 'De Denkende Krijgsman', a story with the character 'Elise Linotte'. This story, inspired by the Portuguese Revolution, was published in album format in 1980.
