Radovan Devlic was a comic artist from Zagreb. He began his career in Polet magazine in 1976. He was part of a renewing group of artists called Novi Kvadrat ("New Frame"), together with Mirko Ilic, Ninoslav Kunc, Kresimir Zimonic, Emir Mesic and Igor Kordej. Among Devlic's comics are 'Macchu Picchu', and 'Strossmayer', the latter in cooperation with Dusan Gacic and Darko Macan. Devlic was one of the regular artists and writers for the SF magazine Sirius by the publishing company Vjesnik. In the early 1990s, he was writer and director for the film productions 'Krvavi Most' and 'Tisucu Devetsto Devedeset Prva'.
